Emotional Support While Pregnant

Hello Everyone! Allow this time and space to be safe for you! This is important, you are important, your feelings are important and valid! As your body is changing and transitioning through trimesters, pause and embrace these changes. I know, easier said than done, but your amazing body right now is nourishing a life. What you eat, feel, and experience, impacts not only you but your unborn baby.
Self care: What does it mean? It means taking time to relax, enjoying peaceful quiet time, watching a movie, enjoying nature, exercising, taking a bath/shower, listening to music...just to name a few! What are some self care tips you may have for other pregnant moms, parents?
